Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy



Cancellation


If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by email to us at contact@peptrack.com. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, then it will be treated as a return.


Returns

Peptrack GPS Services return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of the order, we will not be offering you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please note: If you do not send an email within 7 days after you receive the product, we will not be able to process your return.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Peptrack GPS Services.
Please note: buyer must send order back to Peptrack GPS Services via a postal/courier service, which have tracking function.
